Its alot of fun and I've been walking around all day on the phone coaching guy's.

One came to me late and I helped him with only 3 weeks to do anything. He has a x-mas tree and he was way fat for 3 weeks out.

The other is a client I am going to train for the 2010 masters nationals.
 
This is great news Mike. I am always wishing you the best. Glad to hear it is going well and most of all, your having fun while doing it!

I am always impressed with a guy at close to 50 looking like that. That is good old fashion hard work and consistancy. Well done!!
