My good friend fights friday night!

This is a commercial for a fight on Friday night that Ryan Roberts, a good friend of mine and hungrygirl is headlining. He started out just a few years ago fighting in clubs and now he fights full time, trains with the best in the business and fights all around the country. He holds belts in many federations and is a CROUD PLEASER! At his last fight he won an award and was brought out to the ring because he had by far the best fight of the night. He is dam fun to watch! I have known him since we were in pre-school and he has always been a bad ass little scraper be it in wrestling (four time state champ and undefeated his entire high school career) or in a dark bar. His size gets him underestimated by his opponents and it is there undoing. In his entire semi pro career to the time of this writing, NONE of his matches has seen a second round. His fights are often televised but I strongly believe in my heart you will soon see him on the pro level making a name for himself in the pro ranks.

It's always pretty cool seeing someone you know climbing their way to the top. I was talking to Matt Serra's brother a few weeks ago and I'm expecting to see him making a name for himself pretty soon. He's the youngest Serra but he's a big kid and real well versed in Gracie jui-juitsu. Good luck to your buddy,I'll be keeping an eye out for him.
