MY GYM IS BETTER

or is it? I've never visited a gym thats better than the gym I'm currently at. in Southern IL. The most hardcore gym I've ever visited. If you think you go to the best gym, post your gym's stats, ie what equipment they have. I really dont think there is a better gym out there. Guys drive from 2 hours away just for leg day. Here's my gym's stats. In case you cant tell from the stats, the gym is absolutely enormous, and has been in business by the same owner since the 60's

*An entire ROOM dedicated to leg work*

*old school nautilus machines*

they dont. very old school. but a lopt of the big names have trained there as there are tons of pictures on the wall signed saying how they love the gym. Cutler,Batista, many other old timers that Im forgetting. I'll take some vids/ pics

When I was working at a Gym back in 1999, late at night ol' Gus came in. It was just me and him, and I recognized him. Had about a 30 min chat with him, talked about the movie "The Running Man" and what Arnold was like back then. It was very friendly, a but gruff at first, and he had MASSIVE hands.

I say this because I recognized him in the pics on the website.

Where in southern IL? I travel downstate for business, and wouldn't mind throwing the bag in car knowing I won't have to miss a workout because of travel.

Although...you really have to throw Quads Gym in Chicago into the mix...excellent gym...hardcore...Ed Coan and many others have crossed the threshold to train.
