My current diet has been...
Wake up-50 grams whey, 75 grams oats
45 min later- 4oz steak or ground beef, 3 eggs, 1 cup rice, 1 large baked potatoe
2.5 hours later- 3 cups rice, 10oz steak, then on the way to gym I drink about 14oz v8 fusion juice.
Right after I train I drink 50 grams whey, 75 grams oats
1 hour later- sometimes I go to a hibachi buffet and just load up on rice, steak, chicken, shrimp, and eggs or I eat about 10 oz chicken breast 2 cups rice
2 hours later I eat leftovers from buffet or 6oz steak some shrimp and a cup of rice
I rarely eat this good but this is my target and I have done exactly this since Monday. I wanna stick with it so I can see how lean I can get and not get too light.
