my Quad

Hello PM, i posted this on the aussie section @ Bolex, im just looking for some more feedback from experienced bros, I hope you can help (a pic is attached)

G'day All,

I finished up my last cycle about a month ago and when I had to do my last shot in the glute my mate wasnt around to do it for me so I thought stuff it I will try my quad (never injected myself before)
So anyway I was nervous as hell (shaking a bit) but I sucked up (19g) 2mls of QV Deca300 and shot (21g) in my quad, my leg immediately straightened itself, I must have come near a nerve and the pin shot straight back out, anyway I regained my composure and stuck again (about 1 cm away from original) and went in no problem, I aspirated, no blood, then injected slowly (all while shaking a bit) and pulled out and all was well.
So anyway I was sitting on the couch the other night and I was just tensing my legs and I noticed that when i flexed my quad where i had shot there was an indent in my muscle?? it is kind of soft to touch even when flexed, wtf?? I shot 1 hand length up from my knee and on an angle, not directly from the side, what could have caused this?

21g is a huge needle for quad shots.

You hit a nerve - the muscle has 'collapsed'. It will fix itself in time. That happened to me years ago and my whole outer quad collapsed. It took a whole year to get back to normal. That's when I stopped quad shots.

at least I know what happened, I used a 21g as I was using the re-bottled gear we get hear in OZ (you would know from who) and I dont think it would flow to easy thru a 23g as it was hard enough thru a 21g,

same thing happend to me about 2 years ago. lost my outer quad for about a year.
