My super easy, super good chili.

I just discovered this through a buddy a few weeks ago.

1 1/2 - 2lbs ground beef
1 can red kidney beans
1 packet chili seasoning
1 can ready made chili (whatever brand/flavor you like)

Throw it all in a slow cooker and mix. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours. The can of ready made chili gives it a lot of flavor but since you're mixing it with so much beef and beans the preservatives and sodium per serving are very minimal.

I do something very similar, except for a spin a substitute the ground beef with lean diced pork, no visible fat anywhere and no fat floating on top. Just throw it all in the slow cooker and the pork literally melts in your mouth.
 
I'll need to try that. I LOVE pork. All the sodium in in really bloats me out though, as if I don't retain enough water as it is LOL! Pork and dbol = michelin man :eek:
