During the day and during a work out I drink enough water. The problem comes in right after the workout. I am so full of water that I have barely enough room for my protein drink wich I mix while I am in the locker room. And drink it right down. SO, what I want to do is take in as little water as posible after a workout so to fit everything in.
Now my plans, After a workout (evening always) I wanted to try Waxymaze, wich of course must be mixed with water. Then about 20-30 mins later take in a protein drink. BUT, instead of a full mix 2 scoops and about 12 ounces of water. Use one of those new Liquid Protein tubes. There are a few companies that make these tubes now. Dymatize, Isatori, IDS(New Whey)Then 20 mins later have my dinner. Dinner is important to me cause it's when my family sits down to together. But I won't be able to if I have tons of water in me preventing me from eating.
Does anyone see anything wrong with me using one of these instant tubes for a short substitute in place of a big protein drink? It's suppose to be the same thing now. In order to consume less water and be able to get my dinner in?
