Na-R-ALA vs. r-ala?

Hey guys what do you guys think of r-ala vs the more expensive na-r-ala is it worth the extra coin?

i use r-ala for my GH sence i run gh year round without AAS for the most part and if i dont use reg r-ala my blood sugar can get out of wack cuase of insulin resitence so reg r-ala helps but im thinking of just using the na-r-ala?
