The concept and various methods have been around for thousands of years in multiple cultures around the world. Now western science is substantiating the training, conditioning and health and fitness benefits.
Experimenting with different methods-tempos and durations-when biking and doing functional strength training and conditioning. Also, start the morning with (parasympathetic to sympathetic) and end my day with some form (parasympathetic) nasal breathing.
