If natural gh is produced in the first 90 min of sleep would taking naps throughout the day help to possibly release more gh or will my body only release so much in a certain period of time?
More sleep = more GH. But, you have to sleep long enough to get to REM sleep. From what I have read, a sleep cycle lasts about 90 minutes. Any less or more and you'll wake up groggy.
QS is correct. Your body must enter a deep sleep phase in order for GH secretion to take place. Little naps will work wonders for tiredness and energy output, but will do little for GH production!!

How much would you say that cookies increase GH output??
On to the original question, I always take a nap if I have time and I'm not at work. So on the weekends mostly, but it feels good and helps recovery to take a short nap (1-2hrs.) if your schedule allows, especially on rainy days. :sleepi:g-
