I'm 19 yrs old started lifting as a chavalito first tiempo i got sent to the big house and joined the facilitys weightlifting team, been lifting seriously for about 3 years now. I'm 5'9 weigh 148/150 and bench 290-300. My backs to messed up to do deadlifts/cleans or squats anymore. I don't know shit about gear or nada, and don't want to approach it ignorantly. So im asking really when is it a good time to consider using test etc.. If perhaps im considering it to early if i should wait til i have a couple more years of lifting in my belt or if it matters. And if theres safe ways with little to no side effects of using these supplements for the first tiempo. I'v always wanted to do things natural but have been debating the big question for a couple months now.

most will recommend at least waiting until mid twenties, ie 25+ thats with consistent training and diet...as far as the deads and squats, there are ways to work around that to ensure you put on proper size and strength.

Bro you only weigh 150, you can get WAY bigger than that without gear. I'm 5'11, 186 all natty and I'm only 18.
 
by the time you can answer all of you own question reguarding steroids, diet and training youll have put on enough naturally to actually consider using them....start doing your homework now and well talk in another 4 years.
 
fair enough, thats all i wanted to know...I'm 150 but im solid, im benching more than twice my bodyweight...i know all about dieting, lifting and keeping your body in a anabolic state, iv read up on it, just don't know much about gear tu sabes..

check out bulgarian split squats, squats, step ups, romanian deads, split squats, and lunges all done with dumbells, these will develop your legs and limit the strain on your back (save the deads, they might be a problem so go at it carefully)
 
10 years ago i was 19 , 170lbs fullest at the life all natural. I used to squat twice a week and used to walk next day like i will run into a concrete wall solid. Always euphoric, energetic, and you know .....after 3 years i did some prohormones 1-ad & anavar cycle for a month and stuff...the train went downhill never recovered full never felt like before that i sued to if you know what i mean. Now i use gear and i cannot even compare what i was natural 10 years ago,., thats my story and my poor english:(
 
you are only 150 and 19 bud no one can tell you when or when not to do gear but i would try to at least get closer to your maximum natural potential before gear. its all rellevant to your goals and where you wanna take it, as much as ppl say wait this long or that long, it depends on you if you wanna compete or just lookin to look better the sky is the limit but this isnt a healthy sport by any means as much as someone might say it is, i dont believe it to be. i started at 18 waited 2 yrs of serious training till i did gear went from 140 to 225 did gear then went to 265 8% but i compete and i am not going to lie there are downsides you just gotta way out the good with the bad how far you willing to take it you may regret something down the road but at least you are lookin into it now. you might wanna look at your diet you might be 150 solid but you are still only 150 i am sure you look great but i am sure there is lots of potential with changing your diet up
 
Your 19... Arnold was around 16-17 when he started juicing...at 19 your bones have finished growing, so there is no reason you cant start your first cycle. Your at no more danger than anyone else on here. If you train and wait till you hit your "natural potential" (what ever that is..and how could you ever know)...you could be waiting for years.

youre right 19 is not a big difference from 21 or whatever the standard age is in terms of development, but seriously he weighs 150lbs. Its best to stay off the juice for as long as possible and with that much room to grow he has a few more years of training naturally before he has to jump to the unhealthy side of the sport to gain the unatural mass we aim for. But i do agree with you in the age thing, age means nothing. I like to put a standard weight with certain percentage bf. So lets say if you are 5'11ft- 6'0ft i wouldn't start a cycle till i was at least 175-180 with no more than 10%bf.

Actually it's different for everyone when they're growth plates seal. For guys it's anywhere from 19-21 years old I believe. I wouldn't touch AAS until 21 to make sure the growth plates have completely sealed before considering a cycle not to mention put on as much muscle as I can naturally.
 
wheather he is 16 or 45 whatever 150 is 150 i am pretty sure arnold was bigger then 150 before he geared up. but if you want to do it, go for it i dont know if it would hinder possible future gains i would just personally rather avoid unnesicary side effects but each to the own. no wrong way of doing things just a more appropriate way for each person, what is appropiate for me may not be for you, its all relevant to the variables in your life.

Natural would be the best to go since your body hasn't even fully developed
