I'm 19 yrs old started lifting as a chavalito first tiempo i got sent to the big house and joined the facilitys weightlifting team, been lifting seriously for about 3 years now. I'm 5'9 weigh 148/150 and bench 290-300. My backs to messed up to do deadlifts/cleans or squats anymore. I don't know shit about gear or nada, and don't want to approach it ignorantly. So im asking really when is it a good time to consider using test etc.. If perhaps im considering it to early if i should wait til i have a couple more years of lifting in my belt or if it matters. And if theres safe ways with little to no side effects of using these supplements for the first tiempo. I'v always wanted to do things natural but have been debating the big question for a couple months now.
