ME TOO! I just cant do dead lifts, they put too much stress on my back, hams, and shoulders and frankly I have a long day ahead of me after I go to the gym. A good rule of thumb is to always BUILD muscle with dead weight i.e. dumbells,barbells and tone muscle and tweak muscles with cables and hammer strength machines. BUT, what about assisted pull ups? Im only good for about 4 all natty pull ups and that with pissy form, will 8-10 assisted pull ups be better?
