I appreciate all of the help guys..
Hey I want to apologise to all of you once again for being a prick in the beginnning of the thread. I really appreciate all of the help. If you heck out my other thread you will see I hit a new PR of 413 yesterday, shows you what finding your groove, shortening your stroke, and using proper technique can do for you. Only 87 pounds away from my initial life time raw bench goal. Once I hit it I will be re establishing a new goal, but until I hit 500 it shall stand as my goal. I have a handy cam so once I hit it and figure out how to download video onto my CPU I will post it for form critique from you all. Once again thanks for looking past my initial behavior and helping me out.
