Using A-bombs for the first time. There 50 mgs. Should I take them on my days off from gym, or only on workout days? Thanks everyone for your help.
 
Everyday. Split 25/25 if want
Could take full tab before gym on your training days

I have Dbol 50mg/A50's combined and take mine about 1 hour before I hit the gym....I only do 4 weeks at a time until the other stuff starts kicking in....i just use it as a cycle kickstarter. Take them every day. Even on off days...
 
i have some adviCe. bump it up to 100mg 50 am 50 pm. njoy the ride.
 
I would just do on the days where you workout and do it pre workout. Just my personal experience.
 
Yep everyday same time preworkout . 100mgs on leg is a good idea I'll have to try that myself .


I've loved it on leg day. I keep it at 50 every day and take it preworkout with my preworkout meal. I feel that it really pulls in the carbs from that meal into the muscle a lot better and I get a ridiculous pump. Off days I guess if you were trying to save money you could keep it out because it's pretty short acting. I personally just leave it just because like I said I feel it helps with pulling in my carbs and keeping me full which on my off days I want that extra glycogen replenishment to help with recovery.

I want to try the 150. If not 200 for 3-4wk. Same with tren. 200/day. Not sure what I'd "gain" vs sides tho

The very best oral in my opinion...yes take daily. I prefer taking with food.
 
I usually take it ED, 50mg. Don't split the dose up. I may have to try that sometime. I have tried it 50mg ed, with a 25mg dbol kicker. :):)
