I have Dbol 50mg/A50's combined and take mine about 1 hour before I hit the gym....I only do 4 weeks at a time until the other stuff starts kicking in....i just use it as a cycle kickstarter. Take them every day. Even on off days...
I've loved it on leg day. I keep it at 50 every day and take it preworkout with my preworkout meal. I feel that it really pulls in the carbs from that meal into the muscle a lot better and I get a ridiculous pump. Off days I guess if you were trying to save money you could keep it out because it's pretty short acting. I personally just leave it just because like I said I feel it helps with pulling in my carbs and keeping me full which on my off days I want that extra glycogen replenishment to help with recovery.
