I am trying to bulk now and I cant seem to put the calories down, is there anything besides EQ, and HGH and slin cause im taking them all with lots of test and I still have no appetite. I do take alot of multivitamins also, its just like I fill up so quick and sometimes I cant even squeez oatmeal down with whey. I just want to be hungry...
 
little bit of cardio works for me...even if you are tryin to "bulk" like 20 three times a week drives my appitite thru the roof.
 
You don't get hungry with 400mg of EQ per week?
Try synthesomething....
 
synthelamine by synthetek its a b12 product and it works. i have problems with my appetite from time to time and when I do i use it. It works and gives you an extra little boost. plus one bottle lasts like forever because it is a time released product.

even on 1200mg/eq/wk

i finally started ramping up my eating as the day went on and although most of the calories are night time, i cut carbs and find it works well..

also..

activity helps as well.

i would try the synthtek product mentioned above.. i have never used their stuff but i know plenty that have and given stellar results..
 
Periactin before bed to nulify sides. You should wake up with the hunger from hell the next morning throughout.

If you are taking "a lot of multi's" then watch out at what times of the day are you taking them. Chances are you are probably getting filled of all the water and not leaving enough room for food. Not sure if thats you but try eating first and then slugging down the water and multi's afterwards. It may help you.

( if not then just go back to spanking the monkey 3 or 4 times a day. works up a appetite every time :eek: )

No appetite on EQ and slin is not a good sign.

Do a bloodwork and watch your liver values...

i was thinking liver as well..

what actually happened to me was the amt of deca i was takin was some how giving me progesterone related sides...ie morning sickness..

just like some kinda preggo chick, i got ill on my first meal of the day..wether it was 7am or 1pm...

that was wierd...

Cabergoline at 0,5 mgs 2xweek (1 week on/ 1 week off) can lower prolactin/progesterone but it can also suppress even more your appetite.:(

Get liver test done. If liver is not good, fix that and you should have appetite.
If liver is good, and still no appetite, then Synthelamin will do the job.
 
3 shots of Vit B12 per week and watch Ronnies video !
 
Man I'm in the same boat. Liver is fine, tried the B-12 inj and I do MMA 3x week for cardio and I can't break 4500-5000 calories! I wonder if it is progesterone related from my GH? Guess I need to order that periactin and start the olive oil.
 
I have the same problem. Seems like the only way I can boost my appetite is by doing cardio which I don't really want to do since I'm hardgainer looking to put on the pounds. :confused: B vitamins help a little but...not much.
 
well I do need to get my blood work done it hasnt been done for a while, I had no idea a stressed liver could make you lose your appetite.
