I have enanthate 250,deca 200,dianabol 10mg, and winny-v 10mg.What I was woundering what is the best way to cycle these to get the best results.My partner and I have a friendly wager on a bench press max in 9 weeks.Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Well the first thing I would ask you is do you have anti-estrogens and/or aromatase inhibitors? If not, you need to get some nolvadex and one of the few aromatase inhibitors, arimidex, aromasin, femara. Secondly, I seen the comment about the bench press wager. Once you get on cycle, you need to be aware of your body. Do not push yourself too far past your limits because you will get stronger, possibly twice as strong, especially if you are on dbol, just don't try to do it too fast or you'll end up with an injury. Now to your cycle....first thing I will ask you is for your stats, and I am assuming that this is your first cycle. I'm gonna go ahead and lay out what is typical for a first cycle and we may need to change that based on your stats. I will tell you if you have over 16 percent bodyfat, that you'll want to lose at least 3 or more percent before cycling. I also don't know how MUCH of each that you have, so based on what I know, here is what I would suggest.

wk 1-10 30mg Dbol ed
wk 1-10 500mg TEST E
wk 1-10 400mg Deca
wk 1-10 .5mg of arimidex or 12mg aromasin ed
wk 14 40mg Nolvadex ed
wk 15 30mg Nolvadex ed
wk 16 20mg Nolvadex ed

Some say that first timers shouldn't use dbol. Well, I used it my first time. As long as you are a mature person who knows your limits and is not gonna do anything over the top (bench press competition, lol) dbol will work well for you. Listen to your body. I would however think twice about using it and the winny (I didn't include the winny in your cycle above) so that you can see how the test and deca react in your body. Too many compounds in your first cycle could lead to problems that you don't know how to deal with yet, plus keeping it simple will allow you to gauge how you respond. DIET IS KEY! I don't care how many drugs you use, it will be a waste of time and money if you aren't eating right. Keep a balance of protien/carbs/fat in each meal, try to eat 6 times per day and keep calories at a stable level everyday in order to gain mass. I'm not a nutrition expert, so I don't know numbers for you right now, especially since I don't have your stats, but that is something we can figure out once thats determined. Hope this helps some.
 
That doesn't look like any first time cycle to me.

If you're making benchpress wagers like so, I think you need to re-evaluate the purpose of this cycle.

All you need is testosterone for a first cycle, 500mgs a week should be plenty. If you can't grow off of that, then clearly you have a mandible malfunction.

Thanks for responding.I guess some personal history would help.It will be my 6th cycle and I have 10cc's of each (I could get more if needed) 50 d-bol pills and 100 winstrol pills.I weight 258lbs. at 6'2" with aprox 12 percent body fat.I also take great pride in my running (sprinting in particular) so I'am tring not to lose any speed.

Your going to need more supplements for sure. 1 10ml vial at 500mg week will last 5 weeks. If your going to cycle do it right. Both guys above have good point on how to run your cycle
 
Thanks for all the info.Any more would be greatly appreciated.I wanting to make a slow steady gain to peak in 9 weeks.For it not to be so noticeable.
