I would like to get into good enough shape to enter a fitness comp. before I hit 50, I do workout regularly but am not sure what it would take to reach my goal. Need help with a routine, My back needs alot of work and I can't seem to get a lift on my butt. The rest I think will come along fine with the right routine. I'm 46 yrs. old, 6' tall and weigh 170 right now. Any input would be great.
