hi guys.
i made a post in kaisers thread, but figured i'd start a new thread in case in gets skipped over.
the city in which i live has been granted a semi- pro football team and they had try-outs last nite.
it has been close to 16 years since i have played (i am 36) so needless to say today i am stiff, sore and tight.
just wondering if anyone has a good plyrometrics/speed/flexibilty and conditioning program they could share or post a link to it- be greatly appreciated.
i am a middle linbacker trying to get my 40 times down and come into camp in phenominal shape in the spring. to look in shape is one thing (bodybuilding) to be in shape is completely another.
any help would be really appreciated.
