Need ideas (getting a bad sugar habit)

You may not be eating enough during the day.. I've been eating low fat cottage cheese with Splenda and chopped nuts before bed it keeps me full
 
Tren makes me wake up at 4-5 am totally starving

I used to have huge problems with tren and appetite until I did very high carb, very low fat moderate protein. Now I struggle to eat 3500 calories on itv and have to force feed even cutting. No cravings or hunger at all. Never ever thought I'd be able to use tren to cut. Getting a lot of fast carbs straight after workout is critical to controling appetite on tren for me.

I decided to just get up at this time and head to gym for fasted cardio, actually find it starts my day better.

Cool. You do seem to feel better for the test of the day with a nice cardio start. I find mentally I'm on the game of mind not to cheat on diet too as I don't want to undo the work. I like to eat my carbs and protein the second cardio is done and lay down for a bit. Just gel energised for the day
