Im on a budget.

Heres a daily diet someone recommended.

My daily Breakfast:
-1 cup eggwhites
-1 cup Big Bio Oats High Fiber
-14G Fat from Natural Almonds
-1 cup of Skim Milk 0%

10:00: 1 Banana + 1 Greek yogourt 0% Fat

Lunch:
-1 chicken breast baked in oven
-1 serving of brown rice 40g carbs
-1 cup brocolli
-14G Fat 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil on the brocolli

2:00: 1 Big Navel Orange + 1 Greek yogourt 0% Fat

Diner:
-1 salmon Fillet baked in oven
-1 serving of brown rice 40g Carbs
-1 cup brocolli
-14G Fat From Avocado Fruit

Im not a bodybuilder but just looking more into fitness. Reduction in bodyfat and getting more healthy...

Again im very busy in my business, But just looking to Eat Healthier and get in better shape, Is this going in the right direction?

I mean the food choice? Is this going in the right direction?

It looks like a pretty healthy diet. One thing you could do is cut back on the milk and split up your portions to five meals a day.

How many calories does this amount to? Do you have a good training regimen to compliment this?

I like it simply.

0.8g of protein if you're natty, 1.2-1.5 if you're enhanced. That's per pound of bodyweight.

2 spoons of coconut oil a day for fat.

And carbs...

Chicken/Rice and a veggie, like broccoli, carrots, beets or something. Add a fruit here and there, banana, apple, pineapple...

Now, you manipulate the amount of rice according to your goals and mirror.

That's basically it.

Probably. Or simply use neither.

Boring food works better if I'm trying to lose fat. Since you're also on a budget, my recommendation is to stick with chicken, rice and a healthy complement. Manipulate rice amounts according to what the mirror tells you.

Make it simple like that and everything will be easier.
