Hey guys,
I recently had to cut my time in the mornings for food prep by about an hour. No more, dilly dallying around in the mornings wearing my slippers and hugh heffner robe staring in the fridge wondering if anything will magically cook itself for me.
I need something that is substantial and full of protein. I can't do a shake because I am hungry an hour later. It was one thing when I had time to cook something different everyday but I can't do that anymore.
What are some ideas for a big boy breakfast that dont take up much time.
