Hey guys, relativly new to this board but have tons of experience, have years of various training under my belt. some basic stats are im 225lbs 10-12% bf 5'10" I had just recently relocated with a new job I picked up and started to workout at a gym right around the corner, but now my job needs me to go to another facility for a short period of time, maybe a month of 2, I plan on just keeping my membership going at my current gym and planning on doing some simple things while Im gone, I dont want to end up doing nothing but I wont have any access to weights and dont really want to get a membership around if I am only there for 1-2 months, do you guys have some advice and somethings I can do to stay active so not to lose much, maybe some circuit bodyweight routines, i have never worked with kettleballs or those weighted medicine balls maybe some advice on a good workout with those. I am going to be in southlake tahoe so ill be in the mountains and a lake. Much appreciation for any help
