Honestly, imo ... you can really run almost anything, with an good anti-E...and get crazy lean with the correct diet and cardio (along with training program)
I kinda believe in the old palumbo cycle for precontest...its 2 phase's ...Use basic stuff the first half, then the final 6-8 weeks..run products that dont make you hold water weight...and get you denser, dryer,grainy, stone like...LOL !!!
weeks 12-6
test e or c (or even sust) 500-100mg per week (depending on size and experiance with aas)
deca (or just eq) or both....600mg total, 300mg of each compound, or one at 300-600mg
an oral like d bol or anadrol (20-40mg for d bol per day), anadrol (50-100mg per day)
anti E - like arimadex .5 mg EOD
HGH 4iu's per day ED (ofcourse people go higher, and sometimes much higher)
Clen and T3 (doses depend on conditioning, and metabolism)
weeks 6-1 show
test prop or susp. - 100mg to 200mg EOD (or some people do 100mg ED)
winny v orals (20-40mg) inj. (100mg EOD)
tren ace - 50mg -100mg EOD
masteron - 50mg 100mg EOD
HGH 4iu's up to 2 weeks out, then some cut it out, some run it at 2 iu's per day...some believe once they drop HGH that they get harder, dryer without the side effects of not holding water weight...Along with running Aldactone for the last week...
T3 and Clen - doses depend on conditioning..but probably should be lowering the dose a tad bit to not lose the muscle....If you not lean enough now, then diet/cardio is the only thing left to play with...Upping the doses on T3 will just make you flater, and softer...
