So i'm currently at 215lbs, from 280lbs and wanted to get rid of that last bit of chub i figure i'm at around 16-17%bf.
Training is DC style 2 day split, cardio has been low lately but i'm going to increase it, 4 days a week i do 30 minutes moderate intensity cardio and 2 days of interval style cardio for 20 minutes.
Diet is 2400 calories on off days 345protein 100 carbs 60 fat, training days i do 2800 calories 345 protein 250 carbs 60 fat.
I currently started up a test/tren cycle about 2 weeks ago (500/500) and i'm on T3 year round as i have low t3 levels so i bumped that up to 50mcg probably 6 weeks or so ago, and today i upped it to 75mcg. I'm also doing 6 caps a day Leviathan Reloaded by Palo Alto labs as a thermogenic, and it's supplying 27mg Yohimbine HCl daily.
Now i've tweaked my diet a tad it was lower protein and higher fat before but i've gotten leaner since upping the protein a tad more. Do i need to up my protein and lower my carbs on training days? I have been able to continually get stronger and even gain a tad of mass while dropping fat i'd like to see if i can keep it going. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
