Need to get rid of gut from using Risperdal?

Gentlemen, my stomach is huge from taking the anti-pshychotic Risperdal. I've put all this extra weight in my gut section, but no where else on my body. Is there anything I can use to get this off of me? Opinions please! rt...

Sure is.... Clean diet, training hard, and cardio. Sorry if that's a let down, but that's the truth.
