Don't know if this has been posted before, but I liked the video. It's the best 27 mins you'll use.
Bascially, the video goes into detail about your 5th amendment rights, and how if you say anything to the police, they can fuck you over.
Also, this is for anything, such as AAS, assult, etc etc.

They will LIE. They will make false promises. You talk and you are fucked.

Insane..they have super tricky tactits to get what they want.
Anyone ever watch cops? Its unreal how fast they can search someone.
What gets me is people just dont know their rights..they consent to a search when they know they're guilt.

Another thing that pisses me off, is when they do set ups, like have an undercover cop as a drug dealer and someone buys something.
Or a female officer as a prostiute and someone who never in their whole life buys one, decides to do it today and gets screwed.
Its a double edge sword with it, good things happen, but I think its a bad way they do it.

I completely agree with everything said in this thread.

If you are going to say anything, then wait until your lawyer can advise you on what to say and what leniency you will be given in exchange. If you say anything to the police it doesn't matter what they promised you. You will be prosecuted to the full extent.

The most common mistake is to talk to them and think that if you are honest that they will not arrest you. If they are trying to get you to talk then they are LOOKING for something to arrest you for. It's their job.

this is a very common misconception. in actuallity there does not need to be a charge or an arrest to detain you. law enforcement has that power. they cant detain up to 24hours. pass that they need a charge. alot of people in my jobs case load has this happen. a lot of my offenders has gotten tricked and prosecuted over stupid shit. and i do mean stupid shit!

like others says keep ur mouth shut. dont wave ne of ur rights period. most of all dont be a dick back to them. ur just diggin a hole for urself and they will fuck with u more and try to screw u over more.
