Pumped1. In Canada they sell it in 4 packs at costco. Can't remember the size of the container, but it's perfect portions for me because the entire container = roughly 60g protein.

I melt 30g of coconut oil and add that will a glob (scientific [email protected]) of choc lba's.
My prebed meal almost every night.

This is the same one I buy. It comes in 500g tubs....great stuff!

Try every brand, and avoid the "plain" flavor.

The first brand I tried was like cool, creamy vomit.

The second one was okay.

The third was delicious!

Try adding a scope of whatever protein power you use to give the plain flavor a better taste. I put in a tbsp of fax seed oil for some fat. I use fage. You can use low sodium onion soup mix and make a pretty good dip (only use plain or you will vomit ).

Yup. I add a 1/2 scoop of protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) to my plain Chobani. I'll sometimes throw in some peanuts too for some extra fats.
