Well gang its that time and I am getting idea's from everyone on what they would like to see in the way of Janruaury's article for professionalmuscle members. Drop me your idea's something that hasn't been covered 100 times already on here and we will go with the majority decission I know Iabadman always has great idea's and will chime in here on this one. I want to wish all of the members and other mod's a wonderful chritmas and a happy new year and I look for bigger and better things for us in '05! I know we have alot of competetor's this year that will be wearing the professionalmuscle colors at all of the jr. national and national level shows this year so lets wish them all the best and our very own BIG A will also be making his return to the stage to mix it up with the best the IFBB has to offer in '05 as well. You never know the wyldeone might just surprise everyone and be up onstage next to some of you at USA'S or Nationals this year! wink wink best wishes wyldeone.
 
Well im always a fan of contest prep info, thats most definatly the hardest aspect of bodybuilding. I would like to see either a complex drug rundown and the "why's" of it in there, or i would like to see something about carb loading and dryin out explaining how and why it all works in terms we can all understand. Would give all our upcoming national competitors some things to think about and possible adjustments to make, and even keep them from possibly makin mistakes.

ya me too..since most of us diet like this for shows, i have know clue why and how the fine details make those important diferences ...quite inetresting topic to know
 
First of all Wyldeone , I hope things are well for you and your family . It seems that you have a new passion about you these days . So the world [ bodybuilding and otherwise] better lookout . You are good folks my friend , enjoy your Holidays and have a great New Year . When is your new board going to be up and running ? [ hopefully soon] I truely appreciate the things you share with us ........thank you !

Rea and TP4U had some good ideas that I am sure would be very interesting . [ in fact what I would like to see thier ideas the most ....... a complete gear schedule for getting pealed ......and the whys of doing things would be great ] But your last actical was off season diet .....so the obvious complimate to such actical ,would be complete off season gear and training artical aimed at improving stage ready mass ......Whatever you decide will be I sure very interesting and for entertainment purposes only ....lol ....wink wink .....lol

Any article written by wydleone would be a great read...but here are my top choices...

1. Pre contest diet article --- basic outline on how to get ready for a show...

2. Pre contest gear article --- how's and why's on what gear is best to use the final 12 weeks out from a show...

3. Last week prep article --- general outline on how to come in looking your best ( water/ carb loading ) My problem and im sure most others to...

4. Offseason gear program --- how's and why's of what is the best gear to use in the offseason... Also, could put in the poor man's cycle for those who can't spend alot on bodybuilding....(like me !!!) LOL

5. Pre contest training --- Whats the best way to train not to lose muscle when you are dieting for a show...

6. Offseason training --- Whats the best way to train to gain muscle mass in the offseason... (i will always train DC way, but Im interested in the way other's train to)

thats about it for now...

Okay!

Well coming from some of the most consistent and respected members of this board asking me for basically the same thing I guess i have my work cut-out for me here!LOL Now please keep in mind It is going to be tough for me to outline this as I design each and everyone of my programs specific to each client as obviously Rea's supplement regimn,meal plan and workout program would be ALOT different than that of Iabadman,Chris250, or BIG A,ect....... once again depending of the overall developement of the athlete and weather they are natural or supplemented is always a concern as well but I will do my best to give a very honest program that i feel would benefit the board and its members. Obviously the more advanced bodybuilders on here need to realize this and understand that your individual program would be "custom taylored to your needs" As far as training principals go I am a big advocate of DC training as the results speak for themself's and i have a great deal of respect for Dante. I am a typical meat and potato's type trainer althoe i am also a stickler for form targeting specific lagging bodyparts on each individual person on a case by case basis. Iabadman thank you for the kind words my friend and I wish you and your family nothing but the best this holiday season as well. I guess I do have something of a passion burning in me again!LOL I've done this for so many years and with the hectic schedule I tend to burn out like anyone else as there is really no off-season nowadays. I was just talking to Howard Huddleston,Dante(DC) and Skip about this very thing as the more clients you have the less time you have to devote to other things in life and there really becomes a period of NO OFF-SEASON so to speak for us. This year I forced myself to take 2 weeks after Nationals and the Chicago Ironman as it helped me to re-group and get focussed for this years shows and clients. As far as the website I really need to get that thing finnished as well and need to make that a goal of mine so Iabadman please bear with me buddy!LOL thanks again to all the members of professonalmuscle and to all of the fellow mods,friends and clients and I wish you a very merry christmas and a happy new year,

Its 2 parts to bringing in a full,symmetrical, shredded physique. so im with TP4U and Rea on this one also, . I know physiques respond differently to different stimulus, but I would like to see this extended as far as from your exprience if there are things(diet/gear/intensity/rest/) one should do right from the beginning to first put and keep on the muscle which Im sure is also as important as doing the last steps right for a complete package.

Im not sure if you care to put some of your secret info out there, but if you are, i am most interested in the last 4 weeks protocol of the drugs mostly to see how you like to handle that and introduce certain AAS or anti-e''s or anything else to create and work for certain effects.

ADD: Never really understood the term hardness fully. What creates a hardness effect. When i go to a show and they say one guy was a lot harder than the other, i dont understand exactly what a hard look is. Does it just mean your dry and your muscles are tight w the skin ? i havent got a clue here
