Hey everyone,
Been lurking on this site for a few days and like what I see so far so decided to throw my hat into the ring.
I am fairly young for this game, 22, but have put A LOT of time (5 years almost) and reasearch under my belt ion every aspect of well... building muscle and burning fat.
I am currently training and just bulking as we speak I haven't set my sites on any contests yet.
I won the state natural title a couple years ago and have set my sights (MUCH) higher so am getting all this chemistry stuff in order before I head into the big leagues.
I did a run at the 2002 central usa champs but 1 month out had a huge problem with my business and could not leave it up to my girl to run it so had to pull out. But was happy with my first enhanced run at a show, I was 237lbs and leaner than I had been winning the natty shows. In hind sight I think I could have been a little leaner but hey Im still learning.
My stats are 22 yo, 5'9 and half thank you very much, 255lbs, not very lean just barely showing ab outline. The usual little deposit of fat on the lower back.
I have read so much about training so far I have come to the conclussion that its all worthless unless you find what works for you and just do it, day in day out.
I am here to help anyone that wants help with nutrition, workouts, precontest help.
However I have a fair amount of knowledge and experience on leaning up i am a relative newbie in the intricacies of final prep ie diuretics, carb/water load, plasma expanders etc. which is why I am here. to learn and absorb as well as teach and direct.
