Just joined. Im a long time member in the community for those that frequent other Boards. Im 45, look 30, Clinical Social Worker by day, bodybuilder and personal trainer 24 hours per day, Jujutsu /Combat Instructor as well. This board is awesome, cant understand why after 10 years on the forums I just decided to check it out. Ive been lifting since I was 12, training others for 15 years. Training in various martial disciplines since age 5 , no wife, no kids- just training and teaching as my life.
