That's exactly what I do! LOL
Only I don't use milk, I just chuck the biscuits in the blender with the SyntheBLEND and away we go! I add SynthePURE to it too though - awesome breakfast - quick too.

It's totally flavourless. Not sweet either. Well, a tiny bit sweet, but you really have to pay attention to tell.

Most people use MRP's to lose weight - they replace a solid meal with a 'better' liquid meal. Those that want to add weight, they add a shake to their meal, not replace it.

So, to me, a low carb MRP sounds ideal for weight loss.
