Hey guy im new on professional muscle.. i was thinking of posting up my stats and give you guys a brief background on my training history before i go in to talking about steroids.
im male, 21 years old and 6ft 1inch.
been training about 4 years now.. first two years were on and off and didnt gain anything because alot of it is trial and error. the last two years have been really good for me as im continually learning how my body reacts to different diets and deifferent types of training. I would consider myself a hard gainer.. and it doesnt help coz im really active.
my starting weight was about 71kg/156lbs after two years of eating and training consistantly im currently at 85kg/187lbs. I done two cycles of steroids at 19 years old.. but i realised i was too young and uneducated. so i stayed away for two years and just came off a cycle now that im 21. been off since october.
cycle history:
cycle 1: 250mg sus + 200mg Deca for 8 weeks with 6 weeks of dbol @ 30mg
cycle2 : 500mg Test E for 10 weeks with 6 weeks of Dbol @ 30mg
cycle 3 (most recent): Test Cyp @ 400mg for 10 weeks
Boldenone @ 600mg for 10 weeks
Test suspension 50mg/ED (weekends off) for first 3 wks
Im looking to post my new diet and cycle up which i plan to do around march.. the reason for the delay is a rotatory cuff injury. hope to hear some positive feedback and some constructive critsism
