Hey guy im new on professional muscle.. i was thinking of posting up my stats and give you guys a brief background on my training history before i go in to talking about steroids.

im male, 21 years old and 6ft 1inch.

been training about 4 years now.. first two years were on and off and didnt gain anything because alot of it is trial and error. the last two years have been really good for me as im continually learning how my body reacts to different diets and deifferent types of training. I would consider myself a hard gainer.. and it doesnt help coz im really active.

my starting weight was about 71kg/156lbs after two years of eating and training consistantly im currently at 85kg/187lbs. I done two cycles of steroids at 19 years old.. but i realised i was too young and uneducated. so i stayed away for two years and just came off a cycle now that im 21. been off since october.

cycle history:

cycle 1: 250mg sus + 200mg Deca for 8 weeks with 6 weeks of dbol @ 30mg

cycle2 : 500mg Test E for 10 weeks with 6 weeks of Dbol @ 30mg

cycle 3 (most recent): Test Cyp @ 400mg for 10 weeks
Boldenone @ 600mg for 10 weeks
Test suspension 50mg/ED (weekends off) for first 3 wks

Im looking to post my new diet and cycle up which i plan to do around march.. the reason for the delay is a rotatory cuff injury. hope to hear some positive feedback and some constructive critsism :D

lol Phidias cracks me up :p , but honestly bro what he said was true you need to evaluate your diet long before you start another cycle if your only 187 at 6'1". Hire someone to take care of your nutrition if you cant you will learn a lot in a short period of time! Good luck

LOL, Check your nutrition, 187 is good if your 5'3''.

i guess i can say thanks. Yeah i still got alot to learn which is why i joined this forum. i didnt want any congratulating, just thought id give you guys and idea. I think im going to stay natural for 2009.. because what uv said is true. I didnt realise that 187 was considered to be really light.. because my bodyfat was low and i thought it wasnt a completly useless weight lol.

im planning to post my diet on this forum i hope you guys can take a look and push me in the right direction.. especially you phidias.. but again cheers for the welcoming guys and would appreciate if you take a look at my diet which il post now
 
My Diet (bulking)

Meal 1: 5 egg whites 2 whole eggs, 4 Weetabix, 300ml skimmed milk, 1 banana


Meal 2: 250g Chicken breast, 250g Brown Rice, 20g Broccoli


Meal 3: 150g Pasta, 150g Tuna, 1 Banana or yoghurt


Meal 4 (pre workout): 80g Oats, 300ml Skimmed milk, 1 scoop Reflex protein shake


Meal 5 (post workout): 2 scoops protein, 250g chicken breast, 250g brown rice


Meal 6: 200 Lean beef, Large bowl of salad and veggies

Approx Nutrional value (total): 300g Potein, 500g Carb, 85g Fat, 3800Kcal

looks good but for meals 2 on i would add healthy fats in there you body has to have protein and fats to grow, carbs are just gas on a fire persay. When i say fats i mean good clean fats, look around more you will get the idea!

maybe add a protien shake to meal 1 and 6

BIG A says drink a shake with everymeal and ull have no problem growing..

187 is not a "useless weight" but you could certainly fill out more for your height b4 juicing. I was 185 at 5'9" after 3 years of training completely natural and eating right. Anyway Welcome Aboard, if you wanna learn your in the right place, we have some very serious bbers here, Phidias being one of them.
 
IMHO, you might have a faster metabolism than you realize if you aren't putting on size with that diet. Maybe bump everything up (macros) around 10% and see if things change.

hey man, welcome to pro muscle.. how did u like the EQ at 600mg a week?


cheers guys. i found eq at 600mg amazing.. the gains were easy to retain.. well not easy but easier then some other compounds. i felt really vascluar off of it aswel. but one thing iv realised.. its different for everyone.. my mate ran the same cycle as me.. but got different results.. could of been diet or number of other factors.. but personally it was great!
