There should be a game plan involved (time on/time off). Put it on paper and stick to it! Use the disipline that gets you to the gym and eating right, and enable that disipline during offtimes. Dont always take the quick and easy way out!

I agree with MikeS. Everything should be planned out well before you ever start a cycle, all the way to the last day of post cycle recovery. If you're noticing any problems along the way, then change your plan accordingly. But, someday, somehow, your body will need a break and the longer you wait to take that break, the harder you'll crash when you finally do get off.
