Hey guys, fairly new to the site. I've been moping around reading everyones articles and absolutely think this site is the s***. Trying to gain weight but due to my high metabolism its hard to gain no matter how much food i pound. Been pretty athletic all my life football bball soccer. Here are some of my current pix any comments are welcomed good or bad! My current stats: 25 yrs old, 5'11'', 180lb.

You are off to a good start. You are lean enough and have a load of potential for growing. Just keep your diet clean and train smarter. Do not listen to too many people in the gym and stick around here. You will learn a ton of useful info from some of the best in the biz. Welcome to pro muscle.

Welcome to the board, train with heavy basic movements for growth. Eat plenty of protein, 1 1/2g per pound and be patient. You should see results every year, you have a good base to work with.

Hey thanks guys your comment means alot. I started lifting about 5 yrs ago when I was in high school . When I got out of high school I was a barely 140lb. When I got out of school I started lifting seriously and got up to 150-160 and stayed there for a long time. Last year a buddy got me into trying dbol and I got up to 170 in about two weeks. Did a couple cycle and got up to about 190 that was the most i ever weighed. I haven't done one in while now and dropped down to 180. Want to weigh about 200-210. Not trying to be a pro bb or anything but just want to look fit and and build up some strength.

your one inch taller than me and 10 lbs lighter and look damn good bro keep at it i used to have a problem gaining weight but i found what works for me and i stuck with it thats all youhave to do!
neways about overdoing it if you can handle a workout and have been doing it for quite sometime say the one above it a bbing workout. try mixing it bump whay everyone says to me up your weights lower reps to 3-6 and ho hard with your phyique bam youll look rad bro. yes i blabbed but some of the greatest blabl lmao good luck keep us posted
