Well I did not get to train at all last week due to strept throat and ear infection in right ear. I worked out Thurs,Fri,Sat and today I woke up with horrible ear ache and infection in left ear. Would you work out with ear infection or wait till you are better? This is killing me I missed 4 days last week I just hate to miss another day. I started z-pak today so hopefully it will clear up soon! What would you do?
