Non insulin fans

I just started insulin for first time 2 weeks ago at 15iu pre workout and other then more fuller and pump don’t see the benefits haven’t gained not 1 pound

How many pounds would you like in 2 weeks ?
 
A lot of people here(and around the world) are a fan of insulin use. Can be lantus or fast acting around training.
I've only used it pre workout(combined with GH) and I'm not sure what to think of it. Seems to add volume but also a lot of bloat.

Are there people here that have used insulin but don't anymore because they didn't like it? If so, why?

The biggest culprit of my bloat was my diet.

Once i discovered i was intolerant to lactose and whole eggs, I removed whey protein and skyr/yogurt, reduced a bit the bread and ate more potatoes, fruit and rice a lot of "water weight" went away "magically".

Also intrawo carbs can bloat you badly, you need to find the right ones, usually HBCD are fine but it's not one size fits all.

In general everything that we eat can bloat us, if it's not digested properly.

I put salt on everything by taste, you don't really need to weight it, just put some on what you eat.
