Non-natural BB competitions

My buddy and I want to compete in a BB competition. We're looking to enter as LH. Preferably Novice if we can.

How can I find out what competitions in my state (WA) don't drug-test? NPC, IFBB, whatever.

Most NPC shows don't test. Unless it says natural. It won't.

Most federations have divisions. You would either be a novice or a light heavy. When in the novice weight or height makes no difference. Once you are in a class LH SH LW etc. then you are not in the novice.

Most tested shows will advertise that fact.

Every show I've seen has weight classes for novices, although they usually don't conform to the same weights as non-novice.

Ok over here IFBB has novice, no weight class! Nabba has Novice no weight or height!
