NR vs NMN vs NAD ?

I keep getting curious about NAD+ powder I've seen on a couple sources' lists. Skip the step of NMN and go straight to NAD+. Wonder if the brew method is similar.

the thing with most of this is that there isnt much to say. its all speculation at best combined with anecdotal results.
if something actually has impressive results it sounds like bs.
in this particular case i think its more like oh mmmmhhhh maybe it does something maybe it doesnt.
the best combo i have used to date is/was res, curc. sod, glut.
from pure training standpoint here again there arent really that many people on the planet who ran it all long enough and hard enough to see/say.

I ran it for most the time you had it. It was like Low dose Var and gw1516 combined

so you are saying with only var and gw1519 you can do the same as ( i didnt include test and often peptides in the first as i figured it was a given ) but var and 1516 curc, res, sod, glut? 4-600mg res, 700-1400 curc, 200g ed gl, 5-15kiu sod?
i have used var. have not used 1516.

Res acts similar to gw1516 in the 500mg a week range if injected.

All you listed above I got similar results to 50mg var 20mg cardine a day. But also similar to adding in healing peptides. It was a great time. Totally miss those.

Is it normal to get extreme pip from NAD+?
I tried it subQ over a week ago and there still a bump in my stomach. I've tried IM and its incredible painful. I think it may be why I strained my lat recently.

sometimes mine are a little feely but not painful.
i wouldnt inject sq or on the stomach.
ive done it with various things and one time i ended up with a good lump that lasted a long time. dont remember what it was. didnt hurt just hard and went away after a month or three.

pretty sure yours sure yours is not ours so ant speak for what may have been in it.
