I have a quick question for you. When I carb cycled in the past, I would have my carbs post workout, is this still the best way to go? It seems like the paradigm has changed and I hear about people having success taking in carbs pre and during the workout instead of a large amount post workout to create a huge insulin response. How do you think is the best way to ingest carbs in the pre, during, post workout window?

Thanks Shelby for the quick response. My current goal is fat loss so for now, I'll just stick to post workout carbs until I reach my desired leanness. Much appreciated!

If you had two asses, would you own two horses?......and if the horses were purchased as a buy two get one free, could you slowly develope a third ass if your diet and supps are in check?
