ok i started reading my self help book from IP and mother fu@#$% three days later i feel like my leg is gonna fall off.I will let you know if its just the site or not after the next one.I dont think i hit a nerve but not sure.

doesn't sound like a book I'd want to read. If the story continues to go down hill you should consider reading a different one. Different people respond differently to different books
