Their have been several confirned cases in the city I live in , seems that all the kids getting mack in school has sparked another "outbreak" of this shit. All the Dr. in the city are treating ALL symtoms of the ANY flu like H1N1 as a precaution.

Two people my wife works with have both gotten sick and both tested positive for swine flu , neither said it was any worse than any other cold they have had , just lasted a few days longer.

I think that the biggest problem is that its hyper contagous and remains "live" for many hrs after the carrier has left. For the most part the average healthy person simply suffers with a bad case of the flue for 7-10 days.

Everybody just needs to make sure that they follow peorper hand washing procedures , and basic knowledge of how to limit their infection chances , little things like not rubbing your eyes,mouth , nose or face for that matter , keep you hands washed and or keep a little bottle of hand sanitizer on your person and use it often , try to limit your contact with public facilities like payphones , water fountains , restrooms and such if it can't be done then make sure you wash your hands ASAP. Don't stand to close to people , I personaly think that if I can reach out and touch you your to damn close and unless your gonna give me a blow job back your ass up , I don't need what you have nor do I want to smell what you ate last.

i also work in the healthcare field. myself and most of my co-workers do not get yearly flu shots. if our jobs are threatened for refusing to take the swine flu vaccine, i will refuse. i'm betting most will cave in and take it. this vaccine has had limited testing if any at all. i will not expose myself to the dangers of an untested drug. i may end up working at walmart but i won't be a lab rat for the pharmaceutical companies obscene profits on this scam.

I've already refused my FREE H1N1 vaccine twice from work. Yes, I work in the health field (and guess what? I get all the isolation cases....). Sorry, I don't believe it is safe even before watching the videos. Too new, too untested.

What could possibly go wrong with a vaccine? last time i checked they created vaccines by having a version of the virus that you won't get an infection from however your body will make antibodies for it, i think they just inject the protein coats of viruses in some vaccines.

one of the additives, squaline is suspected of causing gulf war syndrome. there is much more to it than protein coats.

a sheriff's deputy in the parish I live in is dying of swine flu. If he does survive his lungs will be damaged to the point that he will be basically bedridden for the rest of his life ....some really nasty shit. If you start feeling flu-like symptoms, get to the doc immediately. That guy just waited too long. I work in the logging woods which kind of insulates me from contagious diseases somewhat but we all go to the gym regularly and are constantly touching equipment that countless of other folks have been touching. I am very guilty of wiping down the bench I use and then wipe my sweaty face...probably not a good practice, need to bring 2 towels to the gym. Everyone be careful!

it is rediculous what they want to give to newborns...good call. my gf's 5 yr old just started pre k and the school requires them to have all up to date shots. they gave her 5 shots all at once.

I don't have any young children to worry about BUT I still go back and forth on this. On the one hand, you have parents who don't give their kids ANY vaccines. I don't know about that. If you visit any old, large cemetery, you'll see they used to have large children sections. Many children died very early on from many diseases which have been conquered with vaccines.

On the other hand, if you look at a current vaccination schedule vs. one from 50 years ago, the difference is amazing. It's something like 50 vaccines vs. 4. Even 20 years ago, it was still only around 10 vaccines. That just doesn't seem right.

I refuse to get vaccinations and especially any kind of "mandatory" vaccination that will inevitably come in the future. I dont think we are there yet but just wait a few more years... the basic vaccinations are probably ok but nowadays they want your kids to be pumped full of all kinds of shit at just 3 months old. it is beyond crazy.

the bottom line is that every time i have gotten a flu shot I HAVE GOTTEN THE FLU, AND USUALLY WORSE TOO.

every parent/mother i have talked to over the past year about the subject said that vaccinated kids seem to get sick much more often than kids who weren't vaccinated. The only people I hear about the "wonders" and incredible importance of vaccinations EVER are doctors. not a joke.

its all opinion. but this is what i think and what i hold as true. too little effectiveness and too much money for big brother pharma industry and govt control/kickbacks.
