Anyone use 100% brown rice and oat flour in their cooking. Such mixing in a little in some turkey meatballs or rolling some fish in it before baking etc. Also adding a little to the pan of some baked chicken to make a little gravy. I figure it was a healthy alternative to regular flour, bread crumbs and other stuff.
Also seen some 100% brown rice pasta I wanted to try because I'm not eating wheat.
