I make this stuff just about every day after my PWO shake.
Big bowl, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 can tuna, 2 tbl spoons hot sauce (texas peat or similar), 1 tbl spoon balsamic vinegar, 2 egg whites.
Mix all ingrediants in a bowl evenly and put in microwave on high for 1 minute.
I guarantee it taste a whole lot better than just plain tuna and it actually taste good. No lie!!
