ok cool so if im 25 then my MHR would be 195 and %60 of that is around 120bpm, thats pretty easy. Usually im at around 140-150 so i'll stick with that for 20min at least 3x per week to keep healthy and reep the beneifit of nutrient uptake through cardio.
