Offseason cycle to jump weight class

Have a friend looking to jump weight classes
current weight 213 bodyfat 9.5%

weeks 1-5: test 800 mgs/tren-e 300mgs
weeks 6-16:test 1200mgs/tren-300 mgs/eq 600 mgs/masteron enathate 300 mgs

weeks 17-21: test 800 mgs/eq 600 mgs a weeks

this guy has few cycles under his belt and knows how to train
npc amature competitor

cals are around 3,500 to 4000 and will progessively raise

anythoughts
 
there is no such cycle that
will (jump) you a weight class

If he's 213 at 10%, maybe a better goal would be to move up to the top of the heavies, then maybe another year to move into supers.

I think what he was trying to get at was that some compounds are better for bulking then others so I guess he just wanted some second opinion

Bro, seriously.. 3,500-4,000 calories.. He definitley needs to eat more to get above that. Not everyone's metabolism can apply to a cookie cutter regimen.. Nasser el Sonbaty could bulk on 3000-4000 cals a day but definitely not the vast majority of people.. IABADMAN said it in a thread of his before (search for it) that whatever weight you wanna be, times it by 20 and use that as a starter.. then adjust from there.. 22 times the weight when you plateau.. then 25 times it when you plateau again.. keep chowing.

You hit it before I could 20x+calories/lb has always worked for Me
 
Another reason I love the Anabolic Diet, easy calories. Over 50% less food intake compared to carbs to hit the high calories.

Not neccicarily.
Everybody s metabolism is different. Perhaps the only physical activity is at the gym. Perhaps his training style is low volume. I read shelbys diet yesterday and he is only eating like 3600 calories a day. Hes around 240 and gaining. I'm 245 currently and all I get is fat when my cals are over 4k.

I find it truly amazing how many posters come on here having a friend who needs anabolic advice. With the cycles listed above I'm sure the person already knows what he or she needs for a cycle and if he doesn't then I have two things to say to them. Stop now before you kill yourself or have them join Pro Muscle and ask the question themselves~!
