yeah.. i saw those.. they are impresssive.. but, he is 5 weeks out.. feeling full ect.. i like heath.. and he will supposably be 8 pounds or so heavier this year.. i think he will be in the top 3 at the event.. one has to remember that vic and dexter are also full and big 5 weeks out .. it will be interesting if he is able to hold that fullness to the asc.. he will have to dethrone a 260 pound vic and a 225-230 dexter (at only 5'7 and just as conditioned).. it will be a good fight..

I don't know. IMO those 3 (vic, dex, and heath) are all very, VERY similar! I will say i do like Heath's look. I'm getting kind of bored w/ dexter....needs to either add the weight or get used to being 3-5th.

I'm a big Dexter fan but you having to keep improving or the judges will start overlooking you.

Lats, I'm with you on this. If PH can keep that look (huge and full) he will be the man of the day. it will be a dog fight for sure. But yes, Phil looks awesome in those pics, scary awesome. it should be a real cracker jack show!!

i agree with what is being said about dex.. i have said it in numerous posts.. if he does not start adding size he will always be 3-5 come o time.. and he will start falling in places at other shows.. now, that being said, he and phil have the same problem.. they both look hard to beat standing alone.. then ya put a conditioned guy that is 20 pounds heavier next to him and he is not as impressive.. phil looks to be in great shape now.. lose the water and come in .. phil in at 240 pounds will be hard to beat.. but, i have also said the same thing a bout dexter.. a dexter at 240 would be mr o..

Vic, Dex, and then its hard to call after that.....too many tough competitors this year. Phil looks great but when next to the two mentioned he loses some of that wow factor. Not to take anything from that guy though...he is a future top contender for the O.

Dexter is similar to neither of them. Phil is sculpted like a perfect statue, and victor is a freak with very small bones and very round muscles. I'd say that they all bring something very different to the stage.

Don't forget, he's only taken a year off and made these improvements. Imagine another year taking the Jay Cutler Insulin Super Stack... did I say that?!

phil will take the ironman.. that is a foregone conclusion.. the arnold he might be top 3.. he does need another good off season tp bring up the back (which the photos dont show) and chest i.e torso in general....

Which, for the record, means this is the first time in a long time that there are several competitors who actually look distinctly different from one another instead of them all blending together on stage. In the early 90's and even late 80's, there were still enough guys who were so unique, you could tell who they were if you simply saw a forearm or a leg. We lost that for a while until recently.
