One of the things we hear with modern pros is that they lack striations due to injections - SEO, AAS, all kinds.
Shot my delts ALOT!One of the things we hear with modern pros is that they lack striations due to injections - SEO, AAS, all kinds.
Did you shoot your delts very often through the years? Super impressive to still have that level of definition.
What’s your HDL protocol, even when I was just taking the old anotesten/nortesten from Zmuscletech back in the late 90s my Hdl, which is when I started tracking it, was always under 30. The docs tried Naispan and I take mountains of omega 3s for decades and even when mg ldl was 40 my hdl was 19 I dunno if it’s genetic or I’m missing a piece.I'm in maintenance mode right now, holding around 209-211 (208.8 this morning) I'm thinking of dropping just a couple of pounds as I just want to be lighter.
Just got bloodwork for my work yearly physical, last bloodwork was in May
Bun - May/26. Sept/18
Creatinine - May/1.3. Sept/1.2
GFR - May/66. Sept/72
ALT - May/141. Sept/206
AST - May/140. Sept/211
GGT - May/ not done. Sept/15
Cholesterol- May/189. Sept/228
Triglycerides- May/78. Sept/69
HDL - May/37. Sept./45
LDL - May/136. Sept/169
ALT and AST in May I took 3 days off training prior to bloodwork, in September I trained the day before the test.
Nothing has changed since May except me being on a ketogenic diet for a large part of that time between bloodworkWhat’s your HDL protocol, even when I was just taking the old anotesten/nortesten from Zmuscletech back in the late 90s my Hdl, which is when I started tracking it, was always under 30. Are you staying keto or more like CKD?Nothing has changed since May except me being on a ketogenic diet for a large part of that time between bloodwork
Right now I'm just low carb (less than 200g daily) but throughout that time period I started CKD then transitioned to strict Keto. Are you staying keto or more like CKD?
from what I remember you said that your ALT and AST have been at a similar level for as long as you can remember, but your liver is still in perfect conditionI'm in maintenance mode right now, holding around 209-211 (208.8 this morning) I'm thinking of dropping just a couple of pounds as I just want to be lighter.

Correct my enzymes have been this elevated for at least 27yrs now. My liver is fine I've had every test done other than a biopsy.from what I remember you said that your ALT and AST have been at a similar level for as long as you can remember, but your liver is still in perfect condition
Normal, I ate good this past week visiting family in Ohio, fasted most of the day yesterday and woke up at 213.4 lbs this morning (was off hgh for almost a week though) so not a lot of damage done. Left shoulder has gotten worse in the last two months and it getting to the point where training is really starting to be difficult to work around it. I have just started recently using a tens unit on it so hoping this will help alleviate some of the pain. How are things bboy ?
Forgive me if im out of the loop dude, what's up with the shoulder?Normal, I ate good this past week visiting family in Ohio, fasted most of the day yesterday and woke up at 213.4 lbs this morning (was off hgh for almost a week though) so not a lot of damage done. My roommate from USMC fights professionally and he swears by the needle therapy, I think it’s called muscle needling but he had a fight he was gonna cancel bc he couldn’t strike and someone in XKO said go get this he did, fought and won over a guy 20 years his junior. My shoulder has been injured since January mildly but consistently and I can’t not use it, lifting around it but two kids under two and it’s deer season and I shoot a bow I’m told you can do PRP cheap and heal as well as workout same day if absolutely necessary.Normal, I ate good this past week visiting family in Ohio, fasted most of the day yesterday and woke up at 213.4 lbs this morning (was off hgh for almost a week though) so not a lot of damage done.
