I have taken a good diet break and eating copies amounts of food (protein and fat). Weight is up to 204 lbs first thing in the morning. It's pretty funny how much I have filled out with the extra fat and how much my body has reserved its glycogen stores (to a certain degree). I look very full and thick right now compared to my skinny depleted 194 lbs.
 
One of the things we hear with modern pros is that they lack striations due to injections - SEO, AAS, all kinds.

Did you shoot your delts very often through the years? Super impressive to still have that level of definition.

I'm in maintenance mode right now, holding around 209-211 (208.8 this morning) I'm thinking of dropping just a couple of pounds as I just want to be lighter.

Just got bloodwork for my work yearly physical, last bloodwork was in May

GGT - May/ not done. Sept/15
Cholesterol- May/189. Sept/228

HDL - May/37. Sept./45
LDL - May/136. Sept/169

ALT and AST in May I took 3 days off training prior to bloodwork, in September I trained the day before the test.

What’s your HDL protocol, even when I was just taking the old anotesten/nortesten from Zmuscletech back in the late 90s my Hdl, which is when I started tracking it, was always under 30. The docs tried Naispan and I take mountains of omega 3s for decades and even when mg ldl was 40 my hdl was 19 I dunno if it’s genetic or I’m missing a piece.

Nothing has changed since May except me being on a ketogenic diet for a large part of that time between bloodwork
 
Are you staying keto or more like CKD?
Right now I'm just low carb (less than 200g daily) but throughout that time period I started CKD then transitioned to strict Keto.
