Yes ecdygrowth, 1 capsule pre workout, 1 capsule post workout. On training days only.

Yes i do and have for many years. with no issues. At lower doses. Now if injecting .5 ml then some swelling can a lump may form. I prefer not poking holes in the muscle more than i need others feel different and think it doesn't matter.

Regardless, amazing how lean you are. Any plans in next upcoming couple months to start prepping or im sure you could step onstage soon anyways with that striking distance for competition...holy moses , inspiring, thanks for being an inspiration, with that lean, peeled look for us .

No I was not always this lean in the offseason, like everyone else I was chasing size when I was younger and I pushed the food pretty hard back then. Now I'm old and it's just not wise to get heavy in your 50's, I am WAY more concerned with my health now and do things from a stay healthy and keep what muscle I can within reason point of view.

Looking back I wish I would have done thing differently back then and not let myself go too much in the offseason. Kept my body fat a little lower and probably would have better growth on cycles with less side effects. I was young and dumb though 🤦🏿‍♂️

Diet - it's been 1 month since I've given myself a free meal so I had 4 slices of pizza, and 5 hot wings, 1 pancake with a little peanutbutter and apple jelly on it. I didn't move much Saturday, sat and watched a lot of NCAA men's and women's basketball.
This cronometer log does not include my "free meal" (free meaning not tracked, whatever I want to eat).

Once again very little movement during the day, I don't do this often but I typically do it one weekend a month, helps me refill glycogen without having to shovel down a bunch of food and just gives my body some much needed rest.

Goal is to maintain the best physique I can on the amount of gear I'm currently taking. If someone would have told me I could look how I do right now on 10-20mg of test daily I would have told them to STFU! but @emeric delczeg has shown me once again that he is definitely one of the most brilliant men on this entire site (to others he sounds bat shit crazy but they have never tried anything he has suggested) to me 10mg a day of test sounded bat shit crazy until I took a leap of faith and actually tried it, and now I feel like a complete jackass for not trying it way sooner and realize that Emeric is way smarter than I will ever be in this sport/hobby.

Looking good brother, you really own that side chest pose! Overall from last round of pics of you I looked at last year I think, much rounder and fuller. Awesome to see this especially in somebody over 40. I’m 45 now and it’s definitely more work, course the day you took these pics my daughter was born so I may be confusing age issues with having two babies in the house now but either way you’re crushing it and I’m appreciative you’ve got this thread going.
 
How are you calculating the cream of rice? I see you eat 300g and the app shows +-200kcal while 100g of dry cream of rice is roughly 350 kcal per 100g if I remember correctly
