I find buttery grits yum, regular grits not so much. Same with plain bland cream of rice. Can eat it, but taste is important.

^ yes I also sometimes put some salted caramel skinny syrup in it also.

Ps - I eat the yogurt +berries and COR separately not mixed together just eaten at same meal (pre workout).

If you have Marshall’s/TJ Maxx/Home Goods around you, they sell em there for really cheap like 3.99 and have an insane amount of options. Main reason I don’t mind getting dragged along on our errand days lol.
