Aloha brutha's,
Have had my lt. hip replaced, then 12 years later a revision, with a complete rebuild done with cadaver bone. Last December rt.hip replaced.
I can tell you this for sure, if Ronnie does up the weight as he says, he will very soon need to have his hips redone. The revision that would be done will render him with significantly less function!
I am no Ronnie Coleman that is for sure, however after my first hip replacement I eventually went back to heavy leg presses, and smith squats, and the materials in my hip broke down rather quickly.
Now I train 'smart', and respect what I have to work with. My legs don't have the same muscle mass, but they are defined, muscular, functional and pain free.
Just my 2 cents worth. LOL..
